Lip Blush
I offer the Lip Blush to my clients who are looking to enhance the natural shape of their lips while adding color pigmentation to the lips. Lip Blush will help define, can help create symmetry and may help create a fuller looking lip.
In the semi-permanent tattoo makeup field, we use pigment for our procedures. Pigment is different than tattoo ink as it is more powdery, thicker substance (tattoo ink is waterier) which allows us to create a powder, blended affect on the lips. Different shades of pigment can be used to create the color that you are looking to achieve with your lips. During your visit I will take the time to discuss with you the exactly what look you are trying to achieve with this procedure and discuss the pigment color options that are available for you along with how they will look after the healing process. While looks may look fuller after this procedure due to the outline and shading of the pigment we are not using any type of filler during this process.
Lip Blush can last anywhere from two to five years depending on how your body absorbs the pigment. Touch ups can be done during this time to help enhance the color if needed to keep the vibrancy that you desire. Aftercare for this procedure plays a big part in determining the finished result along with coming in for your touch up procedure after the healing process. Your touch up is usually done within the first four to six weeks after the initial procedure.
Hyaluron Pen
The Hyaluron Pen is not a new tool as it has been available for the years but has just started gaining popularity here to transfer filler into the skin without the use of needles. The pressure in the Hyaluron Pen transfers the Hyaluronic Acid mixture into the skin to create the fullness in lips and helping with fine wrinkles around the lip area. When using this procedure for lips we can help define the cupids bow, lip symmetry and fullness. During our first visit we will go over what you are looking to achieve with this process as each client is looking for different results. Some clients are happy with just a small amount of fullness while others may be looking for a much larger increase in fullness. We have found that when a client is looking to dramatically increase the lips fullness that multiple visits may be needed to achieve the proper result without any side effects.
Hyaluronic Acid is produced by our body naturally as we age the production slows down naturally in our body, Hyaluronic Acid is what helps keep the moisture in our skin. With less production in our body our wrinkles, fine lines become deeper. By using the Hyaluron Pen to transfer the Hyaluronic mixture into your bodies we are helping our bodies natural anti-aging process. When combining Hyaluronic Acid with a filler (mixture of two sugars) we are taking the Hyaluronic Acid and extending its natural absorption rate (normally 2-4 days in our body) to 4 to 6 months before being absorbed by the body. Touch ups can be done as needed to maintain your achieved result at any time during this process. Results show that the more hydrated the body is the better the results.
